Zona Blanca, Washington state's first ever ceviche bar, was founded by Chef Chad White of Bravo TV's hit reality cooking show Top Chef.

The menu takes you on a tour of regional & coastal Mexican flavors. Chef White's simple approach starts with 3 main ingredients:
 Lime, Fish & Salt.

Chad turns up the heat by using specialty ingredients found exclusively in some of the many places he has traveled and cooked in Baja & Mexico.​


Monday Trivia Night.

Every Monday night at 7PM our good buddy Mike Duke hosts Trivia Night. Build a team and test your smarts... we've heard the more you drink the better you do! Steel Barrel Taproom will supply shot specials for you to enjoy with our $2 off Dorilocos special!

Taco Tuesday.

On Tuesday we celebrate tacos! Come enjoy our Taco Tuesdays featuring our standard "Ensenada Style" Fish Taco for only $2 each, or get down on our specialty Taco of the Week, always changing and always delicious depending on Chef Chad's mood swings. (Tacos are ordered in a minimum of 3 - you can mix and match to your heart's content).

    slow cooked pork shoulder with rajas ( onions and poblano chiles stewed in cream) cilantro, and cotija cheese on telera bread.

    Sushi grade yellow fin tuna with ponzu marinated served on a tostada or in a bowl with cucumbers, cilantro, serrano chiles, pickled red onion and avocado
  6. Guacamole & Chips
    Housemade guacamole, cilantro, lime juice, habanero, grasshopper salt, avocado skin ash salt, served with tortilla chips
  7. Chorizo Torta
    Spanish dry aged chorizo, pickled tomato, red onion and serrano chiles, cilantro, coriander mayo, cotija cheese and avocado
  8. Dorilocos
